Ophidian Eye is a Must in any deck with Niv-Mizzet, I like infinite combos :-)

I'd drop the Ambush Commander since it opens you up for a Wrath that clears your board. Though it could be good if you are dropping him to pump for the win on your Heedless One.

Other than Stream of Life, what are you going to do with all that Mana? I'd toss in something like Hurricane or Squall Line. Overrun is good too. Selesnya Guildmage could put some of your Mana to goo use too.

Also

Winter Orb
As long as Winter Orb is untapped, players can't untap more than one land during their untap steps.

BTW, are those Swamps supposed to be Forests?

Nice deck though. Looks like fun.

Isochron Scepter with a Boomerang on it might be a good combo for this deck.
or
Root Maze
G, Enchantment, Rare
Artifacts and lands come into play tapped.

Isochron Scepter
Imprint - When Isochron Scepter comes into play, you may remove an instant card with converted mana cost 2 or less in your hand from the game. (The removed card is imprinted on this artifact.)
{2},{T}: You may copy the imprinted instant card. If you do, you may play the copy without paying its mana cost.

I'm debating Slipping in two Stonecloakers for Whitemane Lions.

Isochron Scepter might be nice in this deck for the fling. Then you can reuse it over and over. Also imprintable are the burn spells.

or

Firecat Blitz
XRR, Sorcery
Flashback {R}{R},Sacrifice X Mountains.
Put X 1/1 red Cat creature tokens with haste into play. Remove them from the game at end of turn.

Nice little deck though.

Pretty nice all in all. I like how you can toss out a saproling for each thallid in play when you get your combo out.

Only things I might suggest.

Mana acceleration: With green as the base it's easy to toss in some elves or birds to accelerate your mana, or some land enchantments would do as well.

Search: To stay Type 2 (Standard) you could toss in Chord of Calling or Summoner's Pact and do well. Go legacy and you have Worldly tutor.

Doubling Season is nice for token decks, but pricey.

Sylvan Basilisk is a nice one. It's got GG in the cost but It's ability is pretty sweet.

A card I've been considering in a deck like this is a Stuffy Doll. Toss some equipment on him to keep him alive and Lure would be aweful :-)

Viridian Longbow + Lowland Basilisk is a nice combo too.

AEther Snap would be good but it's extended, not Standard.

What is the glittering wish for? All your sideboard cards are mono-colored.

Interesting deck though other than that.

You might invest in a few dual lands, but other than that it's seems to be a decently solid deck.

Basically you Bazaar of Baghdad to get either a Grave-Troll or a Stinkweed Imp (or both) into your graveyard and dredge to get your library and enough creatures into your graveyard to get the various return to play creatures into play (Ichorid and Nether Shadow). Narcomoeba is used to fuel the Dread Return even faster if you luck out.

Cephalid Sage is interesting but why waste a dread return on it?

The Sutured Ghoul/Dragon Breath combo is better than the Flame Kin Zealot version.

How are you planning on discarding cards to play with their madness costs? I was going to recommend Lightning Axe but I think you need more discard than that.

Spellshapers could do well for this deck, you have your pick of any of the new cycles.

Doubling season makes nice with this deck though expensive.

Thelon of Havenwood is OK, but not great for a saproling deck.

Supply//Demand might do well in this deck.

Life and Limb is interesting but beware Wrath of God and Damnation, it'll kill your forests too.

Coat of Arms and Life and Limb might be good sideboard cards. If they aren't going tribal Coat of Arms is awesome in Saproling decks.

Search might be nice if you are trying to get your combo out early.

Two comments if I might:
One, In order to up your consistency and probability of getting you cards try to get your deck down to 60 cards. There are several cards that I could see going by the wayside in this deck, it seems to be trying to do too much.

Two, put in some search cards, tutors and other searchers might do you well. Glittering Wish would be a good card for this deck as most of your sideboard is multicolored.

With only four of each color mana in the deck the probability of getting any of the 5 color legendaries out, not to mention with no search, is pretty slim as it is. With the search engines I mentioned you can tutor up a Gemhide Sliver and/or Sliver Overlord to beat your opponent down with.

Creature deck doesn't necessarily mean only creatures, pigeonholing yourself like that ties your hands from cards that might be a great fit.

Have you thought about Summoner's Pact in this deck? Drop two Omniban and two Protean Hulk for four Summoner's Pacts and you can search up your mystic snake, and play it any time. In this case the drawback of having to pay for it later isn't that bad.

It also allows you to search for most of your creatures if you need them.

I think you might be spreading yourself a bit thin on the colors. I know alot of people think that in order to run a sliver deck you need to go rainbow but I don't think that is the case. I'd cut out a few colors and try to focus. If you leave green in you can still fix you mana with Gemhide sliver and tutor up any of your slivers with Worldly Tutor, Summoner's Pact, or Chord of Calling.

I don't like Mystical Teachings for this deck either. It can be a good search engine but I'd go more or less, but two isn't really that good an addition. I'd try to go for more Hellkite's or maybe something like a Grozoth or two. Good for suspending and you can get a ton of cards from it's come into play ability.

Phyrexian Processor is also an interesting card. I'd like to combine it with fling or something.

I'd be wary of non creature decks with something like this.

One addition you could toss in might be Ophidian Eye. But this looks like a pretty decent deck.
