you need to run searing blaze instead of volcanic fallout, also unstable footing was already the solution to KFW and i dont really like LoP. Just take out Chandra Nalaar. There are other things you should be doing with 5 mana, like kicking unstable footing or something.

Deck is far too slow. Run only one vampire over 5 cmc and sorin, then throw in bloodghast and vampire lacerator. Also if you want to be competitive you NEED 4 vampire nocturnus. to make room for all those creatures i recommend taking out some of your Assassins, child of nights, and pulse trackers. p.s. dont play captivating vampire. He looks stupid and there are much better things you should be playing on turn 3 (nighthawk or kicked gatekeeper).
Very good and interesting card to try is Glen Elendra Archmage. I would play 3
very solid decklist. The only change i could see making would be more counter magic. Whatever your format allows, either counterspell or cancel.
now with storm crow in the deck it should be pretty obvious how this deck wins...
damn, i forgot to put storm crow in. lemme fix it real quick
just look at chimney imp. You can't beat that card advantage. after you play chimney imp you can untap those five mana and use them to deal one damage to your opponent over and over again with razor boomerang. If you get one more mana you can use obelisk of undoing to return your creatures so they can rest up
I would use ember hauler instead of steppe lynx or goblin bushwhacker (when 2011 comes out).
I like your commitment to a mono blue mill deck. Too many people splash black. I would add some counter magic. I recommend deprive because it would work very nicely with your hedron crabs, and also counterspell because its just so good.
Thanks for the input jordain! yes it is very vulnerable to counter spells and creature removal. the only answer i have to removal is vines of vastwood. got any other cards that could help me out?
