I used to play heartless summoning deck before and couple Bloodgift Demons were great in it. I think you should consider using few in this deck aswell. Maybe remove slumbering dragons to add demons?

+ Tragic Slip gets morbid.
I'd suggest you Altar's Reap from Innistrad. Manacost (1B), Instant cast if you need to draw cards during opponents turn for example Murder or Tragic Slip. You need to sac a creature aswell, but as you have gravecrawlers and Geralfs it shouldn't be much a problem to. Plus if you have Blood Artist on the battleground you gain life and your opponent suffers.
Plus if you have it casual way and you don't want it to be in modern replace that rampant growth with nature's lore and you get untapped forest.
You should replace Farseek with Rampant Growth. As Farseek is able to fetch you anything expect forest. I like the idea as in casual, but have you thinked that are you able to counter removal as Stuffy Doll seems to be your only wincon?
