Your running to few lands. Swamp Curse of Wizardry for a swamp, Underworld Dreams for swamps. Try and find room for at least another swamp or two after that.

I don't recall the SB ever having to be exactly 15, just not over 15...

Reduce Bloodghast to 3 and add another Demonic Tutor. The reason for this is two, firstly bloodghast can't block and having four creatures who can't block is pretty bad. Secondly your deck has a combo type thing going on here and an extra demonic will help.

But I do see exactly what you mean. Now that I look at your deck a bit more, he does seem to fit nicely but only time and duels will tell.

Personally, I think I might put Kor Firewalker in his place, anti lightning bolt & 2 mana less. That means more creatures out more quickly. I won't deny he is a pretty decent creature but he is just plain ole expensive and more of a burden than not.
