I was testing it with the Skyfisher but he did not prove as useful as I had hoped

You can only run 1x Tinker, if you are playing Vintage, it is banned in every other format. also, if you are planing to play with this I would highly recommend Underground Sea Watery Grave, and Polluted Delta. those will make sure you don't get stuck on only one colour.

The Inspired Charge isn't that good. You should replace it with Sun Titan. He can bring back almost all the cards in your deck. Also Kabira Vindicator has to costly of a level up cost, you need to pump 19 mana into that guy for a +2/+2 effect. I would replace them with condemn, you deck is seriously lacking removal. Just my thoughts...

I would run 4 BSA, replace 2 Plains with 2 arid mesa, and replace 2 swamps with 2 verdant catacombs

try having a win condition that isn't Felidar Sovereign, if your opponent draws even a single removal card they will save it for that. I would splash black for cards like: Sanguine Bond, vindicate, and some more removal. also you should think about putting in Purity, Celestial Mantle, Blazing Archon, and test of endurance.

Jace is the best planeswalker i need to make sure that i am drawing him every time. as for the BSA, most Top 9 U/W control decks only sideboard BSA.
