I'd say that you should be more into quantity than quality, so instead of a Diregraf captain you might want to add Gravecrawler, since you can keep summoning it as long as you have a zombie on the field, or Endless Ranks of the Dead, since that'll keep the Zombies coming.

Looks cool, but the combo of Knowledge Pool and Curse of Exhaustion seems a bit over the top. Instead I'd swap Knowledge Pool and Curse of Misfortunes for some draw cards like Divination. But if you really want to keep using that combo, I suggest you put in a couple of Index, so you're sure what cards you'll exile.
Looks good. But I suggest adding a few Snapcaster Mage, since it can take a while to get Tamiyo's emblem. Also, Entreat the Angels can be very expensive, you could replace them with Talrand's Summons to still get some flying tokens (albeit weaker ones).
I really like the Izzet guild, so most of my cards will be from them. First of is Goblin Electromancer: it's ability also works on Overload, which gives a greater opportunity to play more powerful instants and sorceries. I play a goblin token deck (thank to Krenko from M13), so I also include Teleportal and Cyclonic Rift in my favourites. Teleportal, because it gives me unblockable goblins that have +1 power. Cyclonic Rift, because with it's overload ability I can clear my opponent's field. Of course I need to include Guttersnipe as well, since Izzet has plenty of instants and sorceries which pack an extra punch with the 'snipe. And finally Blistercoil Weird, because it looks cool. The titan is nice, but expensive. You could take it out and instead add 1 more Diregraf Ghoul and 2 more Gravecrawlers. Other than that, you have an awesome deck.
That's quite a cool combo you have there. Make sure to add some draw cards to your deck, so you can quickly get it.
Very cool deck. I especially like all the 0 mana cards for Tendrils of Agony.
Looks good, but instead of Jace you might want to add some cheaper draw advantage cards.
I think you have a great deck, just some thoughts though: You can add 2 Cower in Fear to your main deck to get it up to 60 cards and they're great for weenie killing. Also, you might want to replace the 2 Mutilate in your side deck with Cower in Fear as well, otherwise you'll have a total of 6 Mutilate. Very nice, but isn't it missing the iconic Llanowar Elves? They're great for early mana advantage.
Red is nice, but you have only three red cards. I'd say add some more to make it more worthwhile to have a Mountain and 3 Evolving Wilds, or drop it altogether and look for some White hand advantage cards.
Great idea to combine the Phylactery Lich with Darksteel artifacts. I hadn't thought of that yet :D
Perhaps you could add some Dark Rituals to your deck? You have a some expensive Black cards, so they could be a huge help.
