I like this deck, though I use Gods Willing instead of the Boros Charm for anti-removal/heroic trigger. Here's my take on the same idea. http://www.mtgvault.com/fyurio/decks/budget-heroic-standard/

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciative. Please leave out any expensive cards, however, I would like to keep this deck budget-friendly.

March of Souls works great here, too.

Thank you for your comments, they were very helpful. I've altered it drastically with the new DA cards. Its super-fast werewolves now, but only sideboarded board control.

Sideboard autumn veil and shut down blue and or black enough to let your deck do what it is going to do. Besides, with a moonmist or two in my hand I love it when opponents flip my wolves. Lures them into attacks they shouldn't make.

Check out my deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=273022

Warstorm surge is not very useful with werewolves because they come out small. Consider slagstorm or blasphemous act combined with your full moons rise for better crowd control.

Tweaked sideboard to add blasphemous act.

I would consider 3x feast of blood and 2x tendrils of corruption instead of disfigure / hideous end / smother. No color restriction to the creatures you kill + lifegain.
