This deck, as the name suggests, uses the Scry mechanic. It has some issues with mono black and mono white, but I've been able to defeat them using combinations from the sideboard of Pin to the Earth and Annul.
Use your Scry: get Sigiled Starfish out early and hopefully complete the combination of Flamespeaker Adept and Aqueous Form! Use Ral Zarek and Keranos to annoy the heck out of your opponent.
