I've never really been a fan of classic tribal decks like elves or goblins, they've always felt pretty generic. However, I really want to build a deck with Selvala as the commander and a ton of lists are elf tribal and themed for abusing her ability. I figured I would try out some Selesnya elf tribal and see what I could do with it. I left some non-elf cards in the sideboard as possible support cards and alternative win conditions just in case I wanted to readjust how the deck wins. It looks easy enough to play and I'm sure it'll spiral out of control just as any good elf deck would.
Well, how do you play any elf or tribal variant deck? Creature rush opponents and dig as fast as you can for an explosive win condition like Ezuri or Craterhoof. Elves are pretty good about supporting each other through long games with few board wipes, so the only ones I tossed in were one sided. Umbral Mantle can go infinite with Priest of Titania, and can do a lot of goofy things with Selvala if you want to abuse it that way. The sideboard contains possible cards to use as alternative win conditions and support cards if you need to adjust the list.
