I'd Cut the Divination and run mana leak instead, It is still very powerful against your opponents kill spells even if they have Cavern of Souls for their creatures.
If you are keeping it on a budget check out latch seeker as well. Unblockable is huge.
If you aren't keeping it on a budget definitely run Phantasmal Image, Dropping a Drogskol and Copying him with the image is insanely powerful. Aside from that I like the curve.

I would cut a single destiny to the side, its a great card but you don't want to have your hand clogged full of them and not be able to use them, I would also cut both overseer, of your 5 drops shes the weakest and you can easily end the game without her; also your curve is a little low for that many 5 drops. I like the deck idea though. R/W/ humans is a powerful idea right now and this is an interesting spin. Look into Adding Grafdigger's cage (2x at least) to the side if you end up playing this in solar flare or Frites as an Elesh Norn throws a real monkey wrench into your game plan, I would also fill some of those empty spaces with Honor of the Pure, it would be incredibly powerful in your deck what with all the double strike going around. Lastly if you can get ahold of one or two for the side in matchups where you are fighting against aggro a great sideboard card would be Bonfire of the Damned.

This is my current standard deck, Check it out if you are interested. (Esper Tapdown control by Hoptical)

Isochron Scepter, that would be my only recommendation, Helix on Isochron with Balefire out is borderline ridiculous. As a 2 of maybe, by cutting a single Helix and lantern for it(just my opinion). That aside this looks like a lot of fun to play.

seems like your goal is winning but ulting out with Jace, My Suggestion... more Jace. at least 2 if he's your finisher, otherwise this deck makes for a long grueling game on both sides.

is this supposed to be an EDH deck gone wrong? there is so much going on here I don't know what to make of it. Point the deck in a direction and then help can be given. before that no one has any idea what the goal of the deck is, how does it want to win? are you focused on keeping the board clear, are you looking for incremental advantage or a larger swing with the help of a few cards like Bolas or Iona? are you set on the 5 color idea? too much going on... brain hurts... must go.

i would main board Day of judgment and add early flying blockers, my preference is voiceless spirit stops delver, recurs with sun titan and adds strong early flying prevention. Personally I prefer Gideon to Elspeth but you can always run one of each. I would also consider Cloudshift to really abuse Sunny.
Ichor Wellspring seems subpar, its doing nothing aside from drawing a single card and its taking up valuable space, if you want to run card draw Tezzeret's Gambit would be preferable, the 1 phyrexian doesnt hurt much and for 3 mana you are drawing 2 cards. Mycosynth also doesn't seem to be necessary. If anything maybe up the land count by 1 and you shouldn't be missing any land drops.

I ended up splashing black for lingering souls and Dismember, all in all I think it was the right idea. The new build taps out more but has more speed and consistent blockers to protect my life total until i can utilize Tamiyo, who pretty much ends the game once I get her emblem. and is nothing to scoff at even without the emblem.

I was running something fairly similar but I've found that RB aggro and Naya pod gave it problems. I ended up running more of an esper spirit build with Tamiyo and Gideon as finishers in case the dungeon geists didn't get the job done. All in all glad to see more people trying control in what Wizards is clearly trying to turn into an aggro dominated format.
