This is a deck of my brother's that really needs help turning into a competitive legacy deck, he's a huge control player, and as an aggro player, i'm clueless as to how to weed this or what can make it more efficient and less of, for lack of a better word, a clusterf*** This deck relies of too many combos, but the goal is to shut down the opponent as completely as possible, with any one of the.... i don't feel like counting how many combos are in the deck, needless to say, it needs help

this is the result of doing that once, we got rid of 200 cards
Ask your brother to choose one combo and then build a deck on just that combo. Having multiple combos in one deck turns it into the chaos I see above that doesn't work at all.
i've been working on it, hopefully it'll get somewhere, i'll post any results that happen
is this supposed to be an EDH deck gone wrong? there is so much going on here I don't know what to make of it. Point the deck in a direction and then help can be given. before that no one has any idea what the goal of the deck is, how does it want to win? are you focused on keeping the board clear, are you looking for incremental advantage or a larger swing with the help of a few cards like Bolas or Iona? are you set on the 5 color idea? too much going on... brain hurts... must go.
that's why it got posted here, i didn't know what to make of it either, my brother likes to drag things out as long as possible, so he rushes to gain control with 2x privilaged position or some nonsense then just builds until he can force an opponent to have no field, then attacks.... stupid, i know
