This is a very strange commander deck. The game plan is simply to stall as long as possible with counterspells and killing off the opponent's stuff until we can get either omniscience or a ton of mana, then go off with infinite turns (deadeye navigator plus walk the aeons plus possessed skaab or mnemonic wall) or get ininite mana plus look through our whole deck (chain veil plus teferi plus tezzeret). The deck can also win fairly with rampaging baloths or other beatdown. Primeval Titan has been houseruled to only get basics in our playgroup, so its legal for us. I would like to find room for an eternal witness. The best way to kill once you have infinite turns is to get damia out, then get kruphix, blue sun's zenith and a few tutors, amass infinite mana, and draw each opponent out. You don't have to go through this, but I would suggest explaining it to your opponents. Damia is mainly so you won't draw yourself out with infinite turns, but she also wins you the game if she stays out for a turn or two. Don't ever play her without counter backup, as she will be a target.
