Since dragon style twins already has double strike, adding first strike wont do anything. Maybe replace Dragon grip with madcap skills or dragon mantle? Replace Parapet with Wasteland Viper to get both options of being a defender AND getting a double strike deathtouch? Enchant with Noble Quarry to wipe the board.
Thoughtseize is kinda expensive though. xD Im gonna miss the RTR block....
I think 2 heartless summoning is enough to replace a Ragemonger though. I do like the idea of Weapon Surge added with Felhide Petrifier. ;)

Maybe drainpipe vermin over ravenous rats? It gives you the option if you dont have the mana you could still cast it. Or how about tragic slip over disfigure?
Considering that most of this deck's spells are 2 drops, he's very likely to have extra mana so ring of evos isle is really good to protect lord.
That's actually really good, it can also buff him up as time passes, if you have mana you're good.
Mistform mask could work too just to ensure that when an opponent casts a removal spell to destroy or return lord back to your hand, he would become hexproof cus without him, the illusions (with phantasm in their names) are very vulnerable.
Maybe xenograft to make lord of the unreal into an illusion?
