Both versions of rhys have a Gx colour identity and won't work with a mono green commander.same with wilt-leige and cav, Oracle of Nectars, Deathrite Shaman, Mercy Killing and Wheel of Sun and Moon

My deck also has 129 cards and 40 cards in my "sideboard". Obviously this isn't a finished work and I haven't made any final decisions.

If Rhys is the commander you will want to focus on every elf that either produces elf tokens, has an effect when elfs enter the battle field or has an ability that is related to the number of elves you control. Other effects like relavent ETB abilities are always welcome.Decendants path is also a good card for tribal EDH decks.
