Deck Description

Okay, so i need some help with this deck. I bought a simic deck a while ago but it was really inconsistent. I got mana screwed a lot, and i had a lot of 1 cost spells that sat around because i waited for the best time to use them, just to have my creatures be removed. I was hoping to keep the theme of evolve and also have it be a good mix between the flavors of blue and green.

I usually want to keep the mana cost low so i can keep playing stuff but it seems like that doesn't work well with the evolve mechanic. Also, sometimes it would burn out to fast and i wouldn't have anything to play so i think some card draw could be useful but i don't know which card i should keep in for that.

Uh, thank you!
