Let us know how that Shammie goes with more play testing. I am interested in hearing more about his playability. A red Necropolis Regent seems good.

If your lands are giving you that much trouble, a couple of copies of Soulfire Grand Master might help out. This deck list could probably benefit from her effect. Otherwise, considering your play style, it seems fairly solid. Definitely plan a sideboard that contains some Glare of Herasy for Abzan deck lists. You have to do some unfavorable trades to kill Rhino otherwise. But that is sideboard tech.
I am not sure if this is intentional, but Jeskai Ascendancy is a bit of a must for this style of deck. It will do more for you than almost any other single card. The +1/+1 buff and the looting are absolutely unbelievable, and sorta the cornerstone of Jeskai Tokens. Also, cut your creature base to 8-10. I would recommend 8. The more non-creatures you have, the better. Subbing in a final hordling outburst is HIGHLY recommended.
I feel like their is an infinite mana combo here, just waiting to have a fireball thrown in...Play Sword of the Meek and Krak-Iron Works.. There is an interaction there that is missing like one element to be silly. Thopter Assembly is almost right, but I think bouncing myr works better... That myr servator might just do the trick.
There is already a fair amount of life loss in this deck. RtB seems redundant, honestly. That said, it might work better if an underworld connection was tacked it. I just don't know that MORE draw card is necessary. He digs pretty hard as is. I would consider mainboarding Erebos, but that is about it. Well, removing Ultimate Price for Far // Away might not be a bad idea.Sideboard wise, I would look for an instant that can put their super expensive beast back on top of their deck if they are green/red. That would be an amazing sideboard with this deck. Just keep making them put their Polukranos back on top of their deck two or three times... That would hurt a lot.
Elusive Krasis. Add another. The unblockable can easily be a win con.
I have to agree with Ninja here. IF you were to include something to let Mistcutter trample through, he might be worthwhile. But then he is demanding resources that could be spent elsewhere. I would think you are looking for a turn 3 or 4 swinger, so have you considered Ghor-Clan Rampager? I know it doesn't fit the hydra motif, but he does still suit the deck fairly well. The other option I was thinking about, if this is meant for more casual play and not competitive environments, why not throw in a couple of Corpse-Jack Menaces? It would double your money on your hydras.
In a meta that sees Sphinx's Rev loaded into tons of decks, I would leave Zhur in the SB if anywhere. Giving someone game one because they SRed for 14 would probably not justify trying to get a hydra through their control. I would take Savageborn over Mistcutter in the main board any day, but the Poluk is a strong defense against a lot of threats. It will be slamming through white decks and Master of Waves all day.
Vamp decks are hella fun tribal. I like the use of W/B, but I was wondering if you considered three significant cards for this style of deck. Dark Imposter can be a massive annoyance for opponents. Sorin, Lord of Innistrad is the planeswalker for these sorts of decks, and is getting cheaper all the time. Also, Feast of Blood is a great removal for tribal vampire, and its a two drop that gets you a nice chunk of life back.
Might also be a good idea to at least sideboard a couple of sel charms. Pay 2 to kill Thassa (or any god for that matter). It has a lot more utility than most other options to get rid of big threats.
Lightning Greeves for Ali might be a good idea.
Ninja, I completely agree with you. LH is an amazing card- way above the curve. You just have to make some concessions to budget decks. I think WH is an example of Wizards admitting how overpowered the original card was.
While I can't strickly disagree with the quality of Lightning Helix of Warleader's, I think the price difference might be a mitigating factor on a budget deck. I know, it is like about $1.50, but that is compared to $.25 on Warlearder's.
I adore the deck, but have you considered Young Pyromancer?
I actually just finished putting it together on here. I have to ask, though. Do you think Bant or Naya will be stronger in this format?
Lemme know how it goes. I am working on an esper deck for similar reasons.
I really like the deck man. I know everyone is making tons of suggestions, but I wanted mostly wanted to compliment the deck (especially for a budget deck!).
I appreciate the comments. When I get a chance, I will look into doing some of the alterations.
I know it costs one mana more, but have you considered putting in Suture Priest instead of, or in addition to, Soul's Attendant?
I had not expected people to comment on the deck... I took suggestions and changed a couple of things out. I had been concerned about the level of white mana in the deck when I decided to include Springjacks, but the enchantments you two had on your decks game me some good ideas. Thanks for the comments!
