With 8 1/2, the Theros white card to kill off white permanents becomes super useful. -- EDIT: Glare of Heresy was the card I was looking for. Had to go get the name.

Anytime. Glad to help.
Mayhap add the Battletide Alchemist. Automatically prevent damage based on number of clerics you control. Heliod would be good to have the ability to make even more clerics.
I took inspiration from this deck to make a red/white version. It's thus far ran fantastically. Thank you for putting up this idea. I went through several iterations before I settled on a boros setup. The deck is below if you want to give it a look. Fastest deck in my group right now because of how things work out.http://www.mtgvault.com/jhaiisiin/decks/tiny-power-one-drop-boros/
If you can work it in, Voyaging Satyr counts as mana ramp as well, as does Verdant Haven, and they're both standard legal for you.
Noted, thank you. :-)
Neat way to get the door out. I used 2014 slivers with the Manaweft to do it. Many paths to the end goal, it seems. :-)
You mention Master of Cruelties in your description, but it's not in the deck list.
Right now you've got some nice heroic abilities you could trigger, but very few ways to trigger them (Your scourgemarks is it right now). Consider tossing in some other spells you can use to target those guys for additional triggers of their Heroic abilities. Boon of Erebos, Cutthroat Maneuver, Mark of the Vampire, Bestow creatures, or any similar cards would work great in this.
Originally this deck had 2x Seraph of the Dawn, 2x Rancor, 1x Avacyn's Pilgrim and 1x Elvish Mystic. To make it standard legal, I dropped all of those and replaced them with 2x Voyaging Satyr, 2x more Ethereal Armor, 1 more Leafcrown Dryad, and 1 more Observant Alesid. I plan to replace the satyrs with the Sylvan Caryatids.
Specifically regarding the lands, 20 should work for you, but you've got a lot more WW required mana costs than you do on the R side of things, so maybe making it an 11/9 or 12/8 split for your lands. Or pack in some dual lands to cover the issues.
I may work in the new Staff cards into this to give a small amount of life gain. Also maybe the black and blue god weapons from Theros
Revamped this deck after actually *reading* the pyromancer gauntlet text properly. It doesn't affect snipe damage, so it's being replaced with the strionic resonator. Use it to copy a cipher trigger. That re-triggers all of your snipes.
Made a slight update, in that I removed a few spells, and tossed in Holy Mantle. Now the ideal combo is Guardian of the Gateless + Holy Mantle + Mask of Avacyn. Then I can block any number of creatures, trample or not, and take no damage.
Hrm. Tempted to put in Hidden strings for exactly this purpose. It then becomes 17 mana on one turn needed, but with the manaweft slivers that wouldn't be an issue.
The new Pyromancer's gauntlets just turned snipe damage to ridiculous. Combined with stolen identity to alternate copies of snipes and the gauntlet, and it's freakin' ridiculous.
Please note that any publicly visible deck of mine is almost always constructed just with the cards I have available. Theory crafted decks are not publicly visible. That said, feel free to suggest away
Agreed. And double agreed on more goblins. Still on the lookout for a chieftain or two. Thus far it's running well, luckily.
And it's been modified as suggested. 2nd krenko, up to 4 denizens, plus some other goblins.
As per the recommendations, the deck has been tweaked. The sideboard is a collection of things that can be swapped in as needed (i don't do tourneys as a rule), so it's way bigger than it should be. I swap in either green or black, not both. Added in the card draws that I have access to and dropped out a number of creatures.
