I think flickering might be good for this deck so try adding in restoration angel.

This is a very nice deck. The only card that does not fit right is Not of This World. You should also consider adding more creatures. The probability of drawing a creature is too low. I suggest adding Delver or Invisible Stalker because they both work well with runechanter.

This is a very nice human deck. I wish i can afford it but i can't.
The weakness to your deck exist please read the rules: "Just because an object or player is being affected by a spell or ability doesn't make that object or player a target of that spell or ability. Unless that object or player is identified by the word "target" in the text of that spell or ability, or the rule for that keyword ability, it's not a target." - MTG Comprehensive Rule 114.9a
