yes, by i can take sweepers all day that means i can handle 2 or 3 in a game. but when an opponent has 4 rotating black suns and plays it seven times in one game u just lose. u might as well just put the damn thing on isochron scepter

i really dont mind ratchet bombs at all. in fact i like to play against them. cuz they blast all my dudes in one turn, yes, but its the equivalent to an opponenet mana leaking a bird, and then playing a titan when they tap out. oh, u just used ur removal for my 3 1/1 spirits? well, in that case....hero? lol. also, for decks maining bomb i will side in the crusader. if u wanna waste ur turn getting out ur ratchet bomb u do it, but ur gonna take 4 minimum to the face. lol. thalia is the +"{1}"+ card im afraid of. notice the HUGE emphasis on 1. i can take sweepers all day. whatever. but when u play a dude that just says, "hey, i know ur on the draw and ur already a turn behind me, but now ima need you to be 2 turns behind me," i get pretty scared. if the meta starts boarding her a lot, i may board more creature base. like throw in one more crusader and 2 geist monk
I like wilds a lot but I can honestly say I've never been in a situation where I needed one mana of a different color. Because the black is just a splash, 10 black sources works great. I like not running it because it. Ever puts me back a turn. I like always being able to go land spell land spell. Not land go, eot sack wilds.
I originally ran champions, but I found that he was dead without a t2 gather so I took him out for traveler. Another reason I like traveler is because opponents will let him thru a lot of times instead of blocking him to keep me on the ground for 1-2 more turns. He's like whites veridian emissary. Yea I always play around a sweeper. I never drop hero until I see one. Unless I'm playing a deck that I know doesn't main one of them like pod or delver. Thanks for the suggestions.
I really don't like grave Titan in here. He's way too slow. U need to be playing a one drop, playing walking corpse 2nd turn, and dropping a lord on turn 3. The faster the better. I really don't like the vault and plains in this deck. I think it slows it down and harms a potential one drop. My recommendation, drop the white and splash blue for the other lord and stitch drake
u dont wanna play day in an aggro deck. ever. ever. lol. and hero is SOOO much better than bloodline. all day every day. i like the idea tho. is it consistent for u?
with 2 7 drops and a lot of mid game power, this deck need at minimum 23-24 lands. especially since u dont have a lot of draw power. other then that i really like it. tribal aggro is so fun to play
deffinately like it a lot better now. splicer is interesting. i might put one or in the side for tempered steel. try and squueze in honor. youd be surprised how fast ur 1/1s become lethal when u have 11 possible pumps. :)
midnight haunting....DO IT! lol
batterskull backed up with karn.
i like gut shot better cuz it doesnt slow me down. id have to leave mana open for slip.
the mana base worked good for me. i think 15 white sources is fine. given the choice i always play my walkers b4 my hero so i have a fatty after sweepers and a way of putting dudes out for free after them also
the only thing thats cast on opponents turn is haunting. grand abolisher is a dead card against this deck. thalia on the other hand would do some damage. i played against someone main decking her. for some reason he blocked my traveler with it. I went....OKAY! lol
drop phoenix for geralfs messanger. hes so good. other then that i like it. check out my tokens and let me knwo what u think
its deffinately not unbeatable by any means. like i said in the description, it gets in there fast, against decks that dont main 4+ sweepers. but if they dont get to one its easy sailing. the crusaders and o-ring come in against UB. they were close games for me, but its hard to get around a batterskull. im thinking about dropping the gut shots for more orings. but honestly, against delver gut shot just wrecks. so idk what to drop.
also, for anyone interested in building a budget version of this deck, the 3rd of the 3 of us playing this deck at fnm ran my same list minus the planeswalkers and add 2 o-ring and 3 kill spells. he went 4-2.
and slow....no, my average kill was turn 6. i never saw over 8 except against flare. u save the pumps in hand and get ur dudes out cuz it baits their swing. i literally went honor, sorin, emblem swing 12 in one turn. its all in how and when u play what that makes the deck lethal
i love when people play ratchet bomb cuz then i slam a hero in ur face or just make more with elspeth. masters call is garbage for 3 cuz their not flyers. the pumps are what make this deck work. my buddy ran the same exact list except he had loyal cathar instead of honor of the pure and he went 2-4. the deck spoke for itself. its almost autopilot sometimes. moorland haunt is awful cuz id have to splash a whole nother color and have a dude in the grave. considering theres only 8 in the deck...yea. thnx for the suggestions tho. glad it at least sparked some interest
im gonna be honest with you man, every game i won tonite, it was over before i could even cast a 7 drop. the deck is good because its so fast. ur curve is all juicy for 1-2 slot then takes a poop and comes back out around turn 6. ur curve on paper should kinda look like a mountain and u should peek within 1-2 turns of a win. so where as mine i have a few 4 drops and 2 5 drops, the deck should, and does, win around turn 5-7. just my 2 cents. check mine out for some ideas. to each his own by all means, but deffinately draw a few sample hands on mine and try it out. hell, u could even proxy it up and test if u wanted, but i doubt u will. lol. i did top 8 my first night with the deck, so u are playing a strong deck either way, believe me. and god, isnt it so fun to swing lethal with little spirit tokens? :)
i tried him as a 2 of in the deck but found he was too slow. theres 2 in the side tho for drawn out matchups.
