u can do a budget build with no walkers for around 120 or less. heros are 18 apiece. thats 72. honor is 2.50 a piece, thats 82. chapel is 10 a piece. thats 122. vaults are 3 a piece. thats right under 130 dollars. now u start trading around or trading in ur old stuff and u can acquire most of it easily cuz everything else is just comons and uncommons. u cant tell me you dont have 4 doomed traveler laying around. lol. honestly i think its the cheapest budget build of the new rise decks. all the new tribals mana base alone is close to 100 bucks. u know what 4 dark slick shore and 4 drowned catacombs run these days? but yes the top tier list is gonna be pricey due to sorin being a chase rare

the deck is fast. people have been crowding me during matches watching my games and all my plays and i cant tell you how many times people have gone "why didnt u play hero or why didnt u play sorin on turn 4" u want my honest opinion? cuz i didnt need to. why didnt faeries play its spells on its turn? because it didnt need to. my nut hand, imo, is turn one traveler. turn 2 gather. turn 3 linger. turn 4 honor and flash back linger. turn 5 anthem anthem swing game. as mentioned before, i will cram a hero down your throat all day if i dont think ur playing sweepers, but honestly, ive won games with multiple heros just sittin in my hand looking pretty.
i think 4 o rings in the main is excessive. plus its clogging up ur 3 slot. i also am not the biggest fan of destiny, not as a 3 of atleast. think of it as an alternate win con. u see control playing 3 batterskull? nope. drop one ring, drop one destiny, add 2 honor of the pure and i think youll be fine
I like him better in the control variant. This deck makes 2-4 dudes at least every turn and swings that many every turn. I'd never wanna have to leave the priest and 2 other dudes untapped. I think he's broken as hell in gb undying. It's just wrong to altar reap ur vorapede and then tap him and 2 dudes and make a 5'5 on the end of someones turn. Lol
I originally tried the thraben doomsayers but found he was almost always never helpful. I never get down to fateful hour and he's too slow in my build. He works great with the champion/ human build.
this deck NEEDS think twice and or faithless looting. theres noting better than going...flashback think twice. 4 to u. lol.
8 spells over 4 is a lot. that means that almost a quarter of ur deck is a dead card in ur hand til turn 4-5
i really dont like glissa in here. splashing a color for one card really hurts a deck. its just not worth it. drop her for adaptive automatons and wreck.
u should be playing 4 gitaxian probe or 4 despise. theres nothing better than knowing ur opponents hand on turn 1. drop 2 dismembers for 2 go for the throats. i can tell u from experience, the stuff ur gonna want to dismember, their all 6/6 or higher. why not just kill them for one less. tragic slip is actually really good too. hands down one of the top 5 cards in DKA
if ur gonna be oozing people to death u should be playing birds of paradise or llanowar for budget build, and 4 increasing savagery. turn 1 bird or elf, turn 2 ooze, turn 3 savagery swing 6. turn 4 put him in the air and swing 7. turn 5 flash back savagery and swing game
the deck has potentially 12 removal spells. why would i play more. holding onto removal slows decks like this down. if i got a 2/2 first strike, and u got a chump blocker, i would much rather swing and make u block and play a dude, than burn ur chump and swing. board presence and control is the key to winning
i really dont like heartless in ur deck cuz alot of ur dudes are 1 toughness. bump those out for 4 adaptive automatons so that ur deck has 8 lords to pump the rest. and try and cut down on ur avg cmc. u got a lot of high casting cost dudes. the lower a decks curve/avg cmc the faster/more efficient it is
much appreciated. it has its flaws. but i will say consistency is nowhere near being one of them
if u want a true budget build, then the only suggestion i have is play 4 mutagenic growth instead of the 4 fear. youd be surprised how many people will let ur guy in if they have a choice because they think ur doing X amount of damge. when u can change x before dmg, then u just win! lol
i will sell everything i own and pay it to you in cash if this deck ever beats a tier 1 Uw delver.
WHAT?! birds is awful in this deck. ima be honest with you dude, tribal decks like this its all pick and choose. theres just so much synergy that its kinda like putting a straw thru a lid. everyone goes a different angle, but it all goes the same place. the only thing im not liking is ur mana base. u should be playing 4 copperline gorges and 4 rootbound crags. no discussion. and also when u do ur basics, make sure u lean slightly towards mountains so u can make sure you have the red for turn one waif turn 3 outlaw. nothing crazy like 10-2, but i mean mine for example is 8-5 i believe. its good man, just fix yo manas and good luck
i really dont like true conviction. your dudes already pose a big enough threat. and the deck has enough life gain thru elspeth and the vault. urs seems to be more mid game oriented. id probly go -1 true conviction, -1 o ring -1 tragic slip +3 blade splicer
i feel like ur deck is just trying to do too many things. like its two decks in one. you have half removal/board control and half aggro. u either gotta go balls to the wall aggro, or alot of board control with a late game bomb. i think the planeswalker control variant would suit you better. seems to be more your style.
