If you are really a fan of Azorius then I'll suggest you to add Azorius Arrester, Azorius Justiciar and Cloudshift in your deck, instead of those non Azorius creatures.

I think u should replace Dissipate with Mana Leak, coz it has a lower mana cost than Dissipate? Don't worry about exiling things, coz u have a rest in peace in ur sideboard anyways and its also a low mana cost.
