Deck discussion for Walker Control

Guess this idea is a good concept. Four color super friends. If you're going to run it though then you need better cards. Debt to the Deathless doesn't do much in here and neither does Pilfered Plans. Adding in more Sphinx's Revelation is probably a must so I'd drop those cards for that. You'll also be needing four Jace, Architect of Thought so he can assist you with filtering out your deck. I'd drop the creatures completely or just add four Sylvan Caryatid to help with your mana curve. I'd drop the Render Silent and Psychic Strike for Dissolve for more scry and also you do want a few basic lands cause this deck is going to run extra slow.

Tell that to the deck. This deck does not like to lose and you'd be surprised at how useful those cards have been. Vaan104, variable, shadowdusk13 and shadowblade1824 have all played against this deck.

Although I do have 4x jace, I've always only run 2x.
I recently got a revelation so I tossed in in place of opportunity.
When I originally built the deck, I had planned on using 4 caryatid, but I only had/have 2.
Believe it or not, this deck actually started out as an esper and a bug deck. I kinda got tired of swapping cards around so I put them together, creating this.

Not sure who they are but...I don't seeing those cards doing much. Just my opinion. If Debt do the Deathless actually goes off late game then yea it could do some serious work but you'd have to get it off. Pilfered Plans could kinda hurt control with the mill 2 but I'd rather stick with relying on Sphinx's Revelation and Jace to filter out and draw. Those 4 slots could be more removal cards. Do each his own though.

Some of the vault users that I've played against. I'd ad more revelation if I had them. I was thinking of adding courser of cruphix if I ever got some, would that be a good idea?

Yea. There was a bant control deck that added Courser and Sylvan and it placed first.

OK, idea: Since Northy has departed us for a whole month, why not create a deck where people can get their budget cravings, and request, post and talk about budget decks?

to be quite honest I think running 4 colors in current standard is a little too ambitious. I would cut the white and try the BUG walker list that has cropped up recently tune it to your liking.

I was actually thinking of doing something like that for rotation. I'll miss decay and vraska.
