You could definitely sideboard Locust God, main reason I didn't put him in the main deck is cuz of his cost and I already have 2 different Niv-Mizzets in the deck which also cost the same as Locust God. You could swap some cards out but having too many high cost creatures makes the deck kind of vulnerable, unless you swap some cards out and add some mana rocks
Consider replaced Divination with Field Research Same effect, but with the option to kick it for an additional card.
It could be a good addition but unless you wind up having a ton of mana, which sometimes doesn't happen you'll almost never use the kicker, but would definitely be a great substitute for divination as well because its base effect is the same for the same initial mana cost
