That makes a lot of sense, the Think Twice was just in because I drew it from a booster so it was "free," and after playtesting I've definitely found the dissipates to be okay but not good enough. I figured Spellskite instead of Augur, but I haven't finalized that part yet. Any specifics on why the Augur would be better?

Is there any real reason I should play Pillar of Flame instead of Galvanic Blast? It seems like Blast is occasionally a bit better, and it's never any worse.
I considered Zealous Conscripts but I figured they were pretty high mana for this deck; I'm probably going to sub the Dissiates for Gut Shot or Gitaxian Probe as soon as I can get my hands on them! You may want to consider bumping a couple of the Gitaxian Probes for a couple Gut Shots for some extra low mana removal.
Which 4 creatures would you recommend?

What if you just bought a 20 dollar Deck Builder and tried to craft two fully functioning decks, with unlimited basic lands but without reusing any cards?
I was building a deck like this before, and what I found is that Mogg War Marshal can be more useful than Dragon Fodder in really specific instances, but it's never less useful, so I'd think about swapping those two.
Ahh thanks! I was really confused about how to get my mana normalized, and those were the only commons I could find so far, it sounds like glacial fortress is exactly what i'm looking for. Thanks for the tip on Shroud as well, I was worried about wasting O Rings to counter O Rings on my guys and whatnot.
