Don't run Lullmage Mentor...You do realize that you have to counter at least 6 spells AFTER it hits play for it to be remotely useful right?

Honestly, I don't think this deck will work. Sure, you can keep removing the opponent's cards from the game, but you have no way to win if removal doesn't work.
I think I'm going to -1 because you COMMENT IN ALL CAPS ON EVERYONE'S POSTS, and because this is nothing new...I answer your Grapeshot with my counterspell, then I Martyr of Ash your whole field Q.Q
A little iffy on the Endless Swarm epic...If they drop something like God's Wrath or Damnation then you;re kinda screwed, but still one of the best snake decks I've seen. I might make it ^^
Red/White is ALWAYS fun =P +1. Have you tried running Boros Swiftblade? They works suprisingly well with Scourge on them

Take out Elvish Visionary and Deadly Recluse. Switch out the Harrows for 4x Kodoma's Reach. Instead of the Visionaries, run Talara's Battalion, and instead of Deadly Recluse, throw in 2x Azusa Lost but Seeking, then take out the Greenweaver Druids and run Sprouting Growth instead I guess o.o?
And maybe throw in 2 Jittes for good measure ^^
Take out apothecary initiate, kithkin rabble, Resplendent Mentor, ballynock trapper, patrol signaler, surge of thoughtweft, and the whiteclays...Add 3 more borderguards, 2 figure of destiny, 4 goldmeadow harrier, 2 militia's pride, 4 preeminent captain. Oh, and take out 2 of the coat of arms and throw in 2 more Wizened Cenn.
See my goat deck, it follows the same idea except it also has creature removal comboes

dopy is right, it is trashy...the only way you can win is by getting a ton of land to replicate lava spike, or by surviving for 6 turns, then hoping your opponent doesn't counter/remove Niv-Mizzet from the game.
too many different cards and too easy to get mana-screwed...
I think the average mana cost is too high...
