Ok, for all this fuss about Slivers; they're overrated... Honestly, run God's Wrath or Damnation and slivers boil down to nothing.
Marrow Gnawer and Lord of the Pit are definitely not useful
I don't see how you think the deck is "slow", but there's definitely too much going on
Put some Doubling Season in there and it's good to go.
Eh, my goat deck trounces Slivers almost every time... And they're goats o.o
However, if you run Glacial Chasm, then it will work...
I don't understand the point of skipping your own turns to give them "more upkeeps". All that's really doing is saying "Hey! Come smack the hell out of me with all your creatures."
First off, there's too many cards... And dragons really aren't good unless you stick with 3 colors

Take out: Bad Moon, Pulse Tracker, Quag Vampires, Butcher of Malakir, Ruthless Cullblade, Mirri the Cursed, Witch's Mist, Aphetto Dredging, Consume Spirit, Sadistic Sacrament, Sorin Markov, Urge to Feed, 6 of your Swamps, and Vicious Hunger Add: 4 Bloodghast, 1 Nighthawk, 2 Kalastria Highborn, 2 Feast of Blood, 4 Dark Ritual, 4 Gatekeeper of Malakir, 2 Vampire's Bite, 1 Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet, 2 Marsh Casualties, and 2 Vampire Nocturnus
