Wow, yeah, this should be able to handle anything thrown at it pretty well. Strong creature presence with the reckoners and Sky Summoners. Board white twice for 4 or less mana in almost all situations and 1 of which can deal them damage with your reckoners in play too! You can save your creatures with indestructable, stop their creatures with charms and spears. And a ton of card draw and life gain to keep going through anything.

you should run blasphemous acts. A friend of mine runs a Boros deck and with the medics and the reckoners your creatures don't die and you deal 13 X the number of reckoners you have to the enemy. And with all the creatures you have it should only cost 1 red to cast when you need to use it to clear their creatures while yours are invulnerable.

I really enjoy this deck. Fun and cheap casual deck to annoy your foes with while never losing the value of the cards you cast.

you should do crackling counterpart over clone that way you can populate it with your druid's deliverance. not to mention flashback if you ever get that much mana.

I disagree with you. It lets his aurelia get even more combat phases for 1 mana, save any creature from a target spell, and let his firstblades get the +2/+2 again. It works well with this deck actually.

it doesn't look like you need sublime archangel. All of your creatures already have exalted which makes her ability kind of redundant (unless all you want from her is the exalted 4/3 flying but i am sure that there are less expensive, better choices in for that).

I am close to agreeing with you, but i think he could drop two of the basic lands (the shocks work amazingly for the buddy lands) for invisible stalker (hexproof 1/1 unblockable) and put in paranoid delusions (mill 6 turn 3 and mill 3 more each other turn) and with the consuming aberration clone combo is brutal (if you have 1 stolen identity on him and 1 paranoid delusions mill 2x+3 each time invisible stalker where x is the number of consuming aberration which you are getting more of each turn).

I have a deck similar to this (main difference being mine splashes white where yours stays all black/blue) where "tormented soul" and "invisible stalker" are used to cipher spells to win.

I use "Consuming Aberration" and "Talrand, Sky Summoner" in the deck so that whenever my cipher goes off Consuming Aberration mills them until i hit x lands and/or Talrand. Sky Summoner puts in x 2/2 blue flying drake tokens where x is the number of cipher spells i have on my creature that hit them.

Also, look into "Hidden Strings" from the new set that is coming out. It is tap or untap target permanent then tap or untap another target permanent; cipher. turn 2 cast it, untap your 2 lands and cipher it onto tormented souls (if you are running it) -> cast another 2 mana spell, -> swing untapping your two lands again and cast another 2 mana spell.

Parallel lives is a good doubling season filler if you just want the taken ramp. Also, take a look at mycoloth; he is another fungus that i think you would get a kick out of running this deck.

I also have a simic deck that you might like to check out. The initial premise looks similar but yours feels a little, un-focused. As luttersign had said, you need some control to go with that blue and you are running a lot of lands, even for a 76 card deck.

Unless you want to keep this in extended format you should look into "Dragonspeaker Shamman" he is a 2/2 red human shamman for 1 colorless and 2 red mana with "dragon spells you cast cost 2 less to cast".

you have 9 spells with flashback and even with Past in Flame that brings it up to 18. While past in flame cuts your mana hard for the flashback mechanic. I can see it's functionality from the Guttersnipe + spell-facesmash side, but it seems like a waste of burning vengance and/or secrets of the dead.

yours doesn't have the flashback to count as a flashback deck. You do have Past in Flames, but it is 4 mana on its own and then you have to pay the mana for the others. You need more flashback in yours, take some from this deck.

add in some parallel lives. if all 4 are in play you put 16x the number of tokens in play from any spell or ability.

Also, sorry for writing the book. I just wanted to make sure you knew where i was coming from with my suggestions. I like the deck, and didnt want to seem like i was bashing it in any way.

I like the deck a lot 8.5 out of 10. it seems like a lot of fun to play and had enough removal and mana generation to get you to the place you need to be fast. Although, there are a few things in my opinion that you should do to it (but that is my play style and not having been able to play the deck in person, and i explain why i think these things).

The Omen Machine seems kind of counter productive since it wont let your enemy draw cards to take the damage from underworld dreams.

As a personal thing, i would drop 2 of the Painful Quandary since it is a high mana cost and by the time one of them is out it will be wrecking them on it's own.

Sign in Blood would be a good card for the deck. 2 black mana for "target player draws two cards and loses two life." With them taking up to 4 damage from drawing a card as it is, it can become a 2 mana 10 damage card. Or it could help you get off to a faster start.

Bloodgift Demon would be a creature form of Sign in Blood, target player takes 1 damage and draws 1 card at the beginning of each of your upkeeps for a strong flying creature to boot. (depending on what you are looking for, either card would be really nice)

Font of Mythos would be fun in this deck too. Since you have Psychosis Crawler and underworld dreams. It has each player draw 2 additional cards each turn as an artifact, meaning up to 8 more damage a turn, giving you more playability, and making your crawler more powerful.

Unholy strength would be good as well for your Psychosis Crawler. 1 mana to give it +2/+1 which will keep it alive from the puzzle box resetting your hand size to 0 before drawing, which would kill it.

I would personally do this;
-2 Painful Quandary / +2 Font of Mythos
-4 Omen Machine / +4 Sign in Blood (or 2 Sign in Blood and 2 Bloodgift Demon)
-2 Geth's Verdict / +2 Unholy Strength

The only reason i say get rid of Geth's verdict for the unholy strength, is that unholy strength will save your creatures while you dont necessarily get to choose what dies with geth's verdict. Keep 2 in there for the added removal with the go for the throat and doom blade, but not as reliable as those two cards in my opinion.
