you have a lack of low cost creatures, i think you may be left open quite a bit earlygame then again i did just smaple hand 2 swamp 1 diiregraf ghoul 1 altars reap 1 undying evil turn 1 ghoul turn 2 just wait for it to die then sac it to draw 2 and undie it
though considering everything you have already pretty much alreay undies except the obliterator id drop mikeaus for royal assasin for speed and board control
I think Mikaeus is needed in this deck, evasion 5/5 and gives the obliterators and ghouls undying He's a finisher if anything. I think Hex Parasite would work well here, for continuing undying by removing counters and mikaeus keeps it alive

Two cards I think will combo well with undying: Carnifex Demon and Glistening Oil. Keep dropping the oil on the messenger gives you a great chump blocker who keeps coming back.
-1/-1 counters don't cancel out +1/+1 counters. They creature merely has a -1/-1 counter and a +1/+1 counter. So when a creature with undying is put into the graveyard with both of these counters still doesn't come back. (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
this is nice. mikaeus and obliterators is game. i'm not fan of black sun xenith but whatever. i would take out deadly alure and tragic slip. there are better cards out there :p maybe even 2 spellskites to keep your shit together. this is pretty sick, i have a deck semi similar.
Love the deck, but I don't see the need for the Deadly Allures; you have plenty of removal as it is. Take those out and replace them with Hex Parasites and then you're golden.
I did not even think about hex parasite. Going to add it now.
