you dont need return if you are faster than your opponent
go with grave pacts, phyrexian ghoul, and resembling skeletons. phyrexian obliterator is spendy but totally worth it. ide get rid of the reanimating aspect entirely and put things like mortician beetle instead. better than phyrexian ghoul is carrion feeder but that deviates from your theme
nice... here is what i would suggest blood pet bubbling muck burnt offering heartless summoning i also would never recommend a phage in a deck unless the entire deck focused on her its far to easy for a smarter opponent to make you play her from the graveyard with a card like exhume. the idea behind your deck is sound. its a standard strategy you would find in a green deck but your creatures aren't focused on any particular method of killing an example would be to put platinum angel in there so that you could play phage from the graveyard or even a splash of green and you can have elvish piper (one of the best cards ever!) there are many different ways you can go with this deck im sure you will figure something out :)

sadistic hypnotist is a must! use reasembling skeliton with em ad your opponent will never have a hand... also u might wanna throw in quest for the nihil stone, and use sighn in blood on them so they have cards to discard for things that require it for their abilities to trigger EX sangromancer (whenever an opponent discards you gain 3 life) use that with sanguin bond and damage wil be unavoidable. if you find that your opponent has no cards in hand and cannot discard and sign in blood isnt enough for you i may even suggest lookin at cephalid creatures also this deck has potential for an infanite combo if u add mind crank and bloodchief accention

nice i like it! you should check out debtors knell... at the beginning of your upkeep put a creature from any graveyard into play under your control...might speed things up for you.... but it cost 7.... anyways just an idea... happy hunting!
