the second ability can be of use in graveyard-based decks, though those are exceedingly rare in commander
add a couple copies of dictate of heliod. (flash, 3 mana, creatures get +2/+2)also flame slash over rending volley
go with golgari decoy. after you buff up your creatures you just swing with everything. decoy is great cause everything that can block it must block it
instead of reverberate go with increasing vengeance because you can flashback it. also, considers dropping one or two of the ball elementals for blazing hellcats. as to the rush card, its good but trample is the big one
very nice.
as you are concerned with lifegain, drop the dragonmaster and put in 4x skullcrack
snorts. if you have the 1500 dollars to spend on this deck, go ahead. otherwise, skinshifter over tarmogoyf

may i suggest mardu runemark?
well then may i suggest either ghoulcaller's chant (sorcery, but you can return 2 zombies instead+this deck has alot of zombies) or death denied (instant, costs x more but you get x cards instead of just 1).
in addition, do noxious revival over wildwood rebirth. 1 mana cheaper, chooses permanents (not just creatures), and can be paid for with phyrexian mana if need be
there are no 4 color legendary creatures.
eh. this is a proof of concept deck, but yeah cranial would work out great
