This is a Pioneer deck, not Modern.
So stream of thought isn't pioneer or what ?
Stream of Thought is in a set called modern horizon's. If you look up what sets are for pioneer, modern horizon's is not in it.
Formats used to be so simple.Now we got format specific sets all over the place.I hate that jumpstart isn't in modern. It's called modern because the cards were supposed to be designed in modern day, compared to the past.The concept of pioneer is sort of the same. I just think that having it banned ruined the format
