Maybe some one drops could work here?
Holy moly this deck is awesome! I've been away recently doing some intense study for an extremely important exam soon, and I didn't realise this deck would be made so well. Thanks so much.
I think this deck needs a one drop to ensure a fast start. Also, do you think you could do a mono green creature based deck with Paragon of Eternal Wilds? Thanks a lot.

What about Thoughtseize?
You don't have many red cards, so i would recommend to remove some mountains and add some forests.
I think you may need a little mana ramp in this deck to get skargg goliath out.

What about sumfink like Sign in Blood for card draw?
What about untapping spells? Just to get the most out of that Bard.

Yeah, if you think it works best without then I'll trust your judgement.
They are your only one drop though so you would want to be doing something straight on first turn. Chances of drawing it is already small.
Why is there no Crucible of Fire here?
Another idea, -1 Grixis Battlemage-1 Kederekt Creeper+1 Land+1 Demon's Herald
I don't really think that makes Think Twice so much better though.
