Coat of Arms is total junk in a Goblin deck. Too costly and WAY to slow.

You are missing the two premiere goblins: Goblin Lackey and Goblin Piledriver. You would likely benefit from a couple of Goblin Matrons to tutor up Krenko and Goblin Ringleaders for the all important draw when it stalls out. If you really want this thing to boogie then AEther Vial is a must. Goblin Sharpshooter can destroy an opposing turbo deck. Gempalm Incinerator can also cause havoc within opposing ranks.
Emblem and Quest are garbage in a hyperfast Goblin Horde, loose them. Other then that you are on the right track...

I was thinking about this at work, (yes, I need a life), and a couple of cards popped into my brain: Lake of the Dead and Lotus Petal paired with a few scrificial lambs, (Putrid Imp?), would make this thing really swing!?!
Just a thought....

Looking at this deck I just recalled why I love Gut Shot so much...

You need to add hand disruption in this: A) You get to see what your opponent can play. B) It feeds Surgical Extraction.

Mindbreak Trap is a terrific sideboard card. Kills storm and can even be hardcast to stifle combos.
You might even consider making it a WishBoard, (Cunning Wish), by using instant sweepers instead of Massacre and Perish

I kinda like it. It is incredibly dependent on Dark Ritual but if you can tweek that it has some potential.

You have to fix that mana curve first of all. You'll end up passing a turn way too many times for this to have a chance to resolve. Without protection for a combo you need to constantly provide your opponent with threats he has to deal with...

Yea, there are likely a couple of cards that can/should be upgraded. Impulse was mainly, (at the time), included because it is an instant but it too needs the shuffle effect. In a deck like this you'll find that you are often looking for a shuffle after a Brainstorm/Impulse, (dig baby dig).

Legacy is filled with turbo decks that will smack you over the head with 30+ damage by turn 4 and control decks that will dictate what you are allowed to play. Not sure that is the format you want to pull this off in...
