I am a huge fan of red direct damage, I take it to the point of no creatures in a direct damage deck. what do you do with protection from red, or a c.o.p. red ?
winter orb and stasis is wasteful, stasis is enough by itself. If you are going to use winter orb, you should check out static orb. I see an issue with discarding decks, and not being able to damage if you dont get your cronatog out ... something like a zephyer falcon, would be very problematic ...
