Shrieking Affliction seems really out of place because you're running 4x Master of the Feast
that is true because at the beginning of you upkeep you draws a card which mess up your chances for your opponent to lose life
Also there are only 11 sources that can make them discard, you can probably just use something else.
I noticed that do you have any suggestions on a cheap black flier that can really hit some one in the mouth or demand a removal spell from your opponent?

I figure yeah he does kind of mess up the synergy with Shrieking Affliction, but he will either draw out a removal spell which means there is one less to be used on pack rat and Spector or I get to swing 5 to the face, but am really looking for a solid replacement so if there is something out there that you think might be better please let me so I can take a look at it.
Well there isn't a "cheap" black flier CMC -wise.Theres herald of torment which is 3cmc(so not cheap) I don't think you'll find what you need in a flier.I wasn't saying replace feasts, I was saying replace affliction...You don't have enough discard to make it worth while.

I know I was just starting think that myself or maybe just run the Desecration Demon but it kinda messes with the curve what do you think.
To be fair you really aren't an aggro deck atm with only mutavault/pack rat/feast that could be considered aggro.I wouldn't be opposed to demon, you would be a mono black devotion hybrid discard deck at that point:P

Take a look at this black discard it may be more towards what you are looking at doing. http://www.mtgvault.com/pbaxter1826/decks/standard-waste-not-deck/and while I agree that Master can mess up the synergy of the discard deck if your opponent has no cards in hand waste not doesn't give you the benefits. Master helps keep cards in their hand that they can then discard. Also since it is on your upkeep they can draw a card and then you hit them with a discard spell. Good luck with the deck!
Honestly, I like michaelkoon's version better. Mostly because Reaver is such an overcosted card and in a terrible spot in standard right now. It does nothing when it hits the field, then it is out classed by a lot of 4 drops. D-Demon is actually better for the deck because it lets you take advantage of the discard you have done, you can strip their threats/removal slam a demon and with no way to remove it they either just die to demon, or they have to sac a creature every turn.I feel the deck should run Master of the feast or Affliction, not both. Feast allows you to keep your discard live in the long game, but affliction punishes them once you've stripped their hand. If you have an Affliction out they have to choose between playing spells and risk taking damage from Affliction, or holding spells so they don't take damage from Affliction which lets you do whatever you want.Obviously Affliction can be a dead card if you don't draw enough discard, but i still feel that Reaver is just Awful and I would much rather splash another colour like red for rakdos return or blue for whispering madness before I would ever consider playing reaver over D-Demon.
I think you should take out the pat rat because it only first in rat deck

Pack rat has proven itself to be a stand out card in standard(even modern).Pack rat gets out of hand really fast, if you don't deal with it after 1 turn your only hope is to have a sweeper.Pack rat is the reason "Deadguy Ale" is now a successful modern deck.Pack rat doesn't need other rats to be a worth while card, it creates other rats.

Pack rat is an amazing card and all the reason Viagrasaurusrex mention is why its here. Pack rat will win you games and at the very least draw out a removal spell.
