I figured as much, and it makes sense. It is just really risky. If they have ways of gaining life, it'll hurt you more than them. So is the nature of burn decks, anyways. You always want to slay them before they can put out big threats.

Have you thought about Story Circle? You can already shut down creatures, but Story Circle puts up the iron dome for you.

To be fair, the 3v1 matches happened a while back. More than likely, the decks I was facing weren't that tough to beat. Perhaps I'll rebuild it and find out. Haha.

To be honest, I don't even remember. I deconstructed this deck a few years ago, because no one could kill me before I shut the game off. At times I would still take damage, but not enough to finish me off. I understand your confusion, but even when I got a bad draw, I would still do fine. In a one on one, it was never even close.

I just added it in. I used this deck against my friend's elf deck, and I was having a hard time breaking through. I was thinking on Pyroclasm, but I thought Earthquake would be better since it will trigger Chandra's Spitfire's ability. Any suggestions, my good sir?

I'm not understanding how Eidolon of the Great Revels is beneficial to you. You only have one card that is more than three mana. Everything you play is going to be doing damage to you. Or are you just hoping to have done enough damage that they can't play anything? By the way, Artful Dodge + Monastery Swiftspear may be a pretty deadly combo for you. You don't want them blocking, and she gets a buff from playing Artful Dodge.

Have you thought about replacing Squallmonger with Silklash Spider?

Of all cards to choose from, you choose Air Bladder. Haha. I think it's awesome how you make it work so well. I like looking at your decks, because they generally contain clever ideas. I try to use obscure combos in mine, but I can't ever make the hot pages. Haha.

I'm thinking the same thing. I think the revised version of the deck holds far more potential. Although, the old version hasn't done me wrong.
