Take control of hideous reptiles with ever-growing heads! This deck focuses on making the Hydras as huge as possible. I've been wanting to make a hydra-based commander deck for a long time, but nothing every really clicked... until Gargos, Vicious Watcher. Gargos lowers the casting cost of all Hydras in your hand by four, including cards that have X in the cost. This means by the time you have Gargos out, you could drop, say, Hungering Hydra, theoretically tap seven lands, and get an automatic 10/10.
