This is a revamp of an old Animar deck I created years ago. This updated version has a more focused strategy than the previous deck. The goal is to pump Animar up as much as possible, protect him at all costs, and play big creatures for dirt cheap. To achieve this, the "bouncers" in this deck return creatures to your hand that have useful "enter the battlefield" abilities, pumping Animar each time they re-enter the battlefield. For example, activate Temur Sabertooth's ability to return Reclamation Sage, Peregrine Drake, or Farhaven Elf so you may use their abilities again. This pumps Animar, and, in the long run, enables you to play Eldrazi and other large creatures featured in this deck.
