This is a rug delver deck meant for play in local legacy tournaments or events when your on a budget. This is my take on a budget rug delver list, with mainboard awnsers to pact against combo and also nix against FoW.I think the reclaim might be cut but it's a nice thing to rebuy value like echoing truth and lightning bolt.Edited 8/31/2013Spine of ish sah (meant for show and tell matchups) replaced with hydroblast and pyroblast. We already have mainboard and sideboard awnsers to show and tell.
