This is maybe the most deadly Sliver Overlord EDH that I've seen.
I don't have many cards to suggest, but stilll if I were you, I would consider adding Ultimatums, maybe Cruel, Titanic and/or Violent Ultimatum?

Pretty interesting one. A deck that uses an unpredictability as win condition?
It is very hard to suggest any cards to deck like this, but if I were you, I would consider adding Putrefy and/or Mortify instead of VIctim of the Night. You know, creature destroying that does not limit to specific creature types and artifact/enchantment removal are always handy, no?

But as I said, this is very interesting deck. That is already worth of +1 like.

I'm not actually sure how this handles real play... I've never had one drop deck by myself in real life.

Only thing that I would change is the amount of lands. You can easily run something like 18 lands with no worries in 1-drop deck...

But as I said, powerful.
