You know that creature can have multiple Bushidos?
As example, if I give training counter to Kitsune Blademaster it will have both Bushido 1 and Bushido 1! (It gets +2/+2 whenever it blocks or becomes blocked.)

I'll create it for you. I guess I'll be able to fit at least the Planeswalker, but I don't promise anything about the god.

Actually, that is one of the reasons why Wizards updated the text with: "Whenever (cardname) dies..." instead of "Whenever (cardname) is put into graveyard from the battlefield..."
