Me too.
This one looks pretty beefy to be just 8 buck deck, no?

Awesome deck! Best standard B/W Aura that I've seen!
I'm not sure, but maybe Doomwake Giant?

Thanks. Isn't it what the classic blue control is supposed to be?
Hold your opponent off until you have chance to finish them off with huge sea monster?

Reassembling Skeleton it is. Bone Splinters has high risk of going into graveyard, but the Skeleton... It is incredible.
Thank you lovechicken.

Actually one of my favourites, yes.
It is simple, useful card, which is creature and land search in same package. What's not to love?

I have made over ten persons start playing MtG, and when they sometimes wanted me to create deck for them that contained green, I ALWAYS added Sylvan Rangers. I could say that Sylvan Ranger is a green starter's best friend.

Crusader of Odric is also simple enough! Adding some now.

I know the existence of the charm, I just didn't know is it good for starters... I guess I can add some...

Great deck. It doesn't play around +1/+1 counters, which I think is only a good thing!
Never liked Simic based counter decks anyway.

Yeah. I really like Alara block. All the five shards had their own colors and main strategies:

Bant: W/U/G - Exalted
Naya: W/G/R - Creatures with power 5 or higher
Jund: G/R/B - Devour
Grixis: U/R/B - Unearth
Esper: W/U/B - Artifacts

But where is Spontaneous Combustion?

Nice deck though...

I guess that's true with all starters. At least it was with me too.

I really like Mahamoti, but I guess Jwar Isle one could do his job better...

Isn't that worth of 4 bucks?
...Well, hell with it. It is too good to be left out.
