Nin, the Pain Artist + Stuffy Doll is one of my new favorite combos.
Oh, well I knew that combo existed, but I didn't know people added it into Pyromancer. That combo has existed for quite a while with Pestermite.
...You mean this idea is already popular? Oh well, and here I thought I was being original. Well, at least if it's already known it means it works, eh?
I originally actually did have Slagstorm, but it's just the mana base wasn't having it. Hard to have triple black spells and double red/colorless spells in the same deck. And this deck deals with fast decks fairly well. It has a ton of outs for decks and a way to gun up the board a bit. I also intend to play this deck with a proliferate deck in THG which is why of all the -1/-1 counter stuff.
The discard is actually very good. Hand of Kozilek takes out their early plays for more infect and Duress, their Jaces and DoJs.
I would recommend Spreading Seas; it's good for controlling your opponent and with 4 tectonic edges along side it can be quite the beating. Looks like a very fun deck, though. Also not too bad on a budget stand point.
The Stoic Rebuttals are actually in there because it's just a cancel that may fool my opponent that I have some artifacts. My 3 mana curve was lacking so I decided to add it. Also, SeaGate oracle is my only other 3 drop so I don't think I would take that out. Besides, it served me well whenever I used it. I'll look more into Contagion Clasps, I've been seeing that card a lot lately, but since this isn't a proliferate deck, I probably won't add it. But I don't think my 2 drop slot is too full or anything... Thanks for the input.
As I said earlier, Sleep doesn't really fit into the curve. I would play it on turn four, but after that I would either play a Mnemonic Wall, Venser, or Gideon. I wouldn't be playing a turn 5 Sleep for a turn 6 Sunblast. And as for more Mnemonic Walls, I am already kinda high on 5 mana spells and the deck doesn't revolve around it, it's just nice to maybe have one if I draw a Silence or a Condemn versus a creature heavy aggro deck. I never really want to have more than one and it's no big deal if I don't draw it. But nonetheless, thanks for the input.
One thing is for sure: work on your mana curve. 70% of your spells being two drops isn't ideal. I also definitely add a card called Preordain here, it would work well in this deck.
And yes, a mana dump (not a mana dumb).
I play the Comet Storms just because it's a nice mana dumb (yes, I know I also have Fireballs) and it's pretty insane in Two Headed Giant. I play a lot with a friend of mine (MTGO) so they fit in nicely.
Oh yeah I know, they're tons of other cards I would like to add, but I'm trying to make it a budget deck. (yes, I know they're 4 Baneslayers -.-).

I don't know what you're talking about. I already have won tournaments with this deck. And the reason why I like my deck so much is that it's reliable. You'll be happy with pretty much any hand you get. And also yes Hell's Thunder and Hellspark Elemental are good, but I don't want anything from the Alara block because it's cycling out soon. Volcanic Fallout is definitely a SB card. Unstable footing is ok, but in this deck you just need more burn and I don't really come into contact with much dmg prevention, but yet another SB card. Earthquake you only need two. Dragonmaster Outcast... why is this is here? But yes in regards to my deck again, look up some RDW footage, it works quite effectively.
This is crying out for Jace, TMS.
Eldrazi Conscription was practically made for Stoneforge Mystic and also this deck needs a planeswalker; I'd definitely reccomend Gideon Jura.
What about the R/G man land?
If I were you I'd go RU and mainly focus on burn spells.
