The quest is the staple card to deal mass damage. Bloodcheif is useful. Ob Nixilis and Massacre are for my big hitters later game which the Vess can fetch for me if needed. I dont know if 18 mana is good enough. Gruesome encore and rise is good at using opponents graveyard. The palladium is useful in quick mana. And Elixir allows me to reuse my spells. Advise?

Looks good! I see what you're trying to do and can i suggest Ostracize? That way you can choose a creature from your opponent's hand and discard it. Also 18 swamps for 65 cards is too few, especially with such high mana cards.. Try to get it to 60 cards with 18-20 swamps. you need way more swamps dude 18 isn't nearly enough 18 is mana elf deck ramp amount of lands for this youll want around 22-24 lands
eek, 18 lands is no good! and 65 cards is noooooo goood. get it to 60. and at absolute least 20 lands. look into hymn to tourach, wrench mind, thoughtseize, duress, funeral charm. also, innocent blood, wretched banquet, diabolic edict, chainers edict. also id run more creature control, and less creatures. extirpate is pretty cool also. im not gonna tell you exactly what cards to put in, but try to incorperate mroe playsets, and more focus. you want the deck to run consistantly.
