Hell yes I can reach a sufficient storm count. I dont know if you noticed but Paradise Mantle and Blistercoil Weird make a nasty combo ;)
Turn 1 -> Blistercoil
Turn 2-> Pay 1 equip the mantle to him, pay another mana for a draw card.
this untaps blistercoil, then i tap him for 1 mana and play another spell untapping him. Rinse and repeat. go through 60 cards then just drop a grapeshot

Also, I changed the Needle drop to magma jet, i was aware of it but i was trying to make the cheapest deck possible, scry 2 is nasty, i like it. i added forked bolt instead of Arc Trail because yeah.. I don't want to be burning myself do I.

I like him a lot, but which card do you think would be better than it? I know it's unreliable but can you imagine the face on your opponent after you kill him with it? :P

You're right man, it's not that I cant afford it, I just felt like making some Budget decks =)
I felt like Chain Lightning was too expensive, if im wrong correct me but lightning bolt is cheaper and does the same thing? Or can i Pay 3 for 6 damage with Chain Lightning?
Keldon Marauders are one of my favorite red cards, I put them in my red deck with volt charge and Burning shrine of rage =)

Thanks for the feedback =)

I don't like the Valakut idea because if i drag it into late game, im usually going to lose. but the ghost quarter idea was good, i actually had the wasteland thing in mind.. So drop mountains to 16 and add 4 ghost quarters?

I like that idea man, that's great
ill add 3 of him in.
he actually happens to be one of my favorite cards in magic.
especially the old combo where you go dark ritual, and hypnotic specter turn 1.

i really like that card, but i was thinking something lower cost around 3. something that would substitute Liliana of the Veil, i couldn't find a card comparison anywhere
