Ooooh thanks. Yeah. pretty cool stuff.

wat? I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand that last part.
Cool concept, but as you said it does lack for lategame stuff, however only in keeping with the core concept. To enhance psychic surgery, get some cards that allow/force players to search their libraries. Ghost quarter as one example. Also check out unexpected_manaburn's aaaaaaaand it's gone deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=370318). It's mill through card extraction, very cool and kinda similar to what you're getting at. You could take out some creatures to increase your focus on the combo part of it, and stuff like that.
Awww well that's a shame. I don't want to win through lifegain however. I want to win through locked-down mill (they simply can't kill me until finally they mill themselves to death).
A lot of people seem to be making new posts entirely instead of improving the old ones. You can still edit decks after you change it to finished deck. Fog can save your ass against gobs, especially combined with some mass removal.
I think that your core concept has enough cc that you probably won't need an unblockable. I could stand to see -2/3 land for some draw engine, however.
Could strongly benefit from magus of the moon and blood moon, given the prevalence of non-basics in edh. Still, cool deck.
Is there a reason for the 81 cards and all the x1s? Nice combos though.
Wow that was fast! Given your mana curve you'll probably want to get lands up to 18-20, and maybe replace a few creatures. Maybe some creatures that'll give eldrazi spawn? Pawn of ulamog is a card that would mesh excellently with this deck. If you want a few more card ideas, check out http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=370509 based around sac'ing non-token creatures to pump up gutter grime, has some huge combos available.
Cut it down to 60. There's rarely reason to have more than 60 cards in a non-edh/other alt format deck, and I don't see why this deck is an exception (although I could be wrong). I agree on gravepact, however right now your priority should be taking out 25 cards. Alter of shadows, perhaps quests for the gravelord, probably parallel lives, certainly several creatures which I will leave up to you to determine as I don't know the deck as well, and a few lands. Still, cool concept, I have something kind of similar which I may add black market too (nice find!), enough for my upboat.
If you're using black in a land destruction deck please oh please include sinkhole. Probably proxy it, but it's needed.
Volt charge could also easily be removed. Maybe some mana ramp in its stead?
I really like this take on stuffy. Clever damage redirection stuff. A few cards I would consider: - o. ring instead of angelic wall, this deck has plenty on creature control and could use some spot removal on whatever's needed - maybe some kill-all red spells such as blasphemous act (maybe instead of DoJ and Red Sun's?) Given your lack of mana ramp I would definitely consider taking out red sun's.
Shriekgeist doesn't mesh with this deck very much at all, personally I would much rather see a few more enchantments in its stead, or some card draw. Ponder is good, gravity well is great although a tad on the expensive side (mana), moat would be the best possible thing to add if you're willing to proxy (it costs 300$) cool deck though. You have my upvote.
Where oh where is your master of etherium?
And yeah, I think the snags or hoodwinks could stand to be replaced.
Ooooooh really? Could unexpected_manaburn be the alias of Hugh Hefner?! James Bond (despite his fictional nature)? John Shaft? Ladies and gentlemen of Taris, I give you...the Mysterious Stranger!
Maybe skinshifter? If he's been really useful then I dunno, but it seems like he's probably expendable.
The mana curve in this deck is solid, however some ramp would be nice. If you don't know what to take out, you could definitely stand to lose two quests. Maybe even -4 quest for the nihil stone, +1 painful quandary +3 dark ritual? Most of your discard comes with damage already, probably enough to kill them at that.
Could you actually write out the various combos and lockdowns you use? It's a lot easier to offer aid, should any be available, if your viewers don't have to look at potentially every card in a 99 card deck plus spend some time thinking to know what is and isn't necessary for combos.
