Deck Description

You're the boring uncle behind a pillowfort with a slowly increasing life total but who's otherwise not really participating in the game. Your pillowfort is literally the only board presence you'll have. Some opponents may take this as an invitation to take swings at you, but they'd do so rather carefully or will provoke sweepers. Depending on your play style this deck can be played as a combo deck with sweepers and counters as backup or as a policeman deck with eventual combos to end an otherwise infinitely long game.

How to Play

Don't give your opponents an incentive to attack you - i've deliberately not included more aggressive staxx-like lockdown cards and restricted myself to a fluffy pillowfort defense. Don't disclose your threats until you can win with them. Don't tutor for threats until you can win with them. Only counter or remove real threats not every little nuisance. People might want to take (friendly) swings at you if they play Derevi or Edric as you're presumably the least likely to be upset about it because of your consistent life gain - so don't be as (as long as they don't get carried away). However, if people don't discipline themselves you have the means to put them in their places.

Early on you're trying to stabilize your mana base as you consistently need to support two mana of the same colour - of all three colours. Simultaneously you're assembling your pillow fort, if possible matching your opponents' (anticipated) deck styles. Try not to spend tutors on your pilowfort if at all possible, as you want to keep them for your win conditions later on. If necessary, buy yourself the needed time with sweepers and counters, though you should use the latter rather relunctantly as you usually want to save them for real threads / your opponents' win conditions.
When you've made it that far, you'll most likely have drawn one or more pieces of your own win conditions. It's time to find the missing equivalent with one of your tutors that you've ideally saved up for this moment. Protected by your pillowfort and counter backup, you'd survive the one or two turns between your opponents realising the threat and your win.
Your WinCons include: Exsanguinate, Debt to the Deathless or Capsize with infinite mana provided by Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake or Basalt Monolith and Power Artifact; Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood with Oloro's upkeep trigger; Test of Endurance and Felidar Sovereign.

Deck discussion for Oloro Pillowfort EDH

I'd appreciate constructive criticism. Note that the deck is way cheaper than displayed though as i didn't bother editing the sets of individual cards and the price is partly due to the two Onslaught fetchlands i had lying arround anyway.

Created my own variant, though I didn't include the card I suggested. Hope you don't mind.
