You know this deck has a name right? Its called Sunny Side Up and I have played against a deck like this before. Its good aslong as you have a way to deal with someones Graveyard Removal. +1

If your gonna focus on Ramp, where is Lotus Cobra and the Fetchlands? You need more lands in here, even if you keep it mono green, with Fetchlands to make Expedition BETTER aswell as Cobra to work better with it. Okay, Turn 2! You have a Lotus Cobra in play. You play A fetchland and get a Forest Netting 2 Mana. You use that mana, not to mention what you still have from the lands no being tapped, to play the Expedition. Next Turn, you pop a fetchland and then the Expedition cause of both lands. You get 4 Mana off Cobra right there without using your lands. +1 Though and dont focus on Overrun. You can play 1-2 of it.

Youve been commenting on my stuff, I like seeing that! But, I have to ask since you have mentioned you just got back into magic, how long ago were you playing and why did you quit?I like seeing old school players like myself on sites alot because you know what I am talking about more than most people do.

This is actually a neat idea. I really like Eternal Dragon because its just so useful as a win condition, land generator, and deck thinner. Best thing is you can bring it back every end of their turn. +1

Also, if your going to play Vial, its best to just make everything in your deck at the same mana like Control Slivers or Vial Slivers does in Legacy. 2 Is Perfect for the Deck and you can easily play some 1 Drops aswell. Exalted Angel isnt worth going out of your Mana Curve for.

Your mana is actually perfect, dont worry about it. Add fetchlands to make the deck thin out faster and get rid of the Swords. +1

My Landstill deck <--------- Look at it. This is good but your missing some of Blue's Trickier cards like Daze. Accumulated Knowledge and Intuition combo is just... to slow for Legacy. Vintage its great but Legacy... its just to slow. Swords to Plowshares would be good and some Flooded Strand with Hallowed Fountain. You should get rid of Disk in favor of Akroma's Vengeance and cut it down to 1-2 along with 1-2 Crucible because the Crucible is esentially just a win more card and you dont need more than one in play. This is a good start though, definetly! +1

Yes they can just do stuff in Response to cards. Why creature enchantments like Rancor, Spirit Loop, and Aspect of the Mongoose are among the few only good ones. Those bounce to your hand and can be reused over and over again, Armadillo Cloak is AMAZING but... it just doesnt help when they 2 for 1 your guy with a Lightning Bolt in response or something along those lines. With the others I listed, atleast if its on your guy before they kill him, itll go back to your hand. Thats why Equipments are so much better... even they have flaws though aswell! The Enchant Creature or Equipment is only as good as your creature is, unless your Umezawa's Jitte, and even when they try to Equip it to their creature you can still just response to it before it even goes on the creature and they are out more mana.

I am pretty sure you could make Altar of Dementia alittle more easy to win with, I just dont like having to throw a card out the drain to make em mill cards.

Squirrel Nest + Earthcraft would work or some other kind of infinite creature token loop, they dont have to stick around, just be around long enough to sacrafice.

oh never mind, I see where your going with the kill cards and such now: Make their stuff specific so you can kill em. Ill tell you this though, thats not a good thing to rely on. What if you dont have a Shifting Sky? Then all those color specific cards are dead to you until you get one. You should just make them straight up creature kills.

Dont but Baneslayer Angel, thats one thing :P after its out of Type 2 itll go from being 50 Dollars to being like... 5 lol! Seriously, its not all that good of a card compared to creatures of today. Silence I dont see being really to much use except slowing em down. I dont like Planeswalkers cause they just well.... die? :P Hard way to say it. Other than that, its good and I would add more Oblivion Ring. +1 And welcome back to Magic.
