This is good for Standard, good job. +1 and I agree, Knight of new Alara is NOT needed... seriously... people need to get out of this I HAVE TO HAVE creature buff effects mindset.

I dont see the best Equipment printed in here, Umezawa's Jitte.... especially on a Double Strike creature to get 4 Counters... damn
Dont play either because Planeswalkers blow :P my Sligh deck is what Legacy and Vintage sligh is so have a look at it if you wanna get some stuff to make this alot more competitive.
Skyhunter is so good, even though creatures keep getting ridiculous it still is 2 for a 2./2 with flying.
Dont think you need Holy Day but I would add 4 Enlightened Tutor because it would grab everything in your deck except the creatures. +1
lol I like that name +1
Mirrodin = Highest selling set in Magic :P Good cards but bad design for Type 2
Illegal deck
Its neat.
Sorry, but if you really want to look into the story here... I am the old Man, and the old Man BETTER have a Long White BEARD that can hold a Knife in it! Cause that would be the tits!
This is probably the best Elf deck I have seen on this site. Could be better, I have seen alot of Elves being played and I have it worked out to a science on what should be played and what shouldnt but this is the best shot at it ive seen on this site.
This deck really doesnt do... anything beyond Traumatize on 5th turn? I really dont see any major plays here... All really easy to handle in my own opinion.
I like this concept, but honestly you need more Fetchlands if you wanna make this work alittle more. You could easily add more lands to this while adding more Fetchlands. My other problem is that Mill decks have never honestly been good unless it has been something like Painter's Servant and Grindstone together... if its not a ONE SHOT win with Mill, then its not going to go as smoothly as you would like. The Crab could help but you need to look back at the other available cards like the one from Alara Reborn which mills until they hit 4 lands.
I explained how the deck works on my Food Chain Goblin deck, so you can see how I draw cards and how the Goblins work together to produce a ton of Goblins in one turn. Take a look now and then put it all together andI think youll see why it works so well :)
I think what you need to do is broaden your outlook on cards. Cards by themselves are good, but you need to look out and see what cards are just he same but better. There is a double Unsummon card that is a trap from Zendikar and you are forgetting Path to Exile which is a good but not as good Swords to Plowshares. Day of Jedgement would be good here, Gomoazoa I am not to big on. Also, this is suppose to be control, I think you should have more lands to set up a better base. My Landstill deck is a good deck to modify or try to emulate when you want to play White and Blue Control. Its more about strategy than card choices with that deck though. Anyway, I do like this and thank you for the comment. You are going in the right direction, promise. +1
This is NOT the new standard for elves. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=30751 The deck I posted in the Comments on this Deck Address, helping the man with his deck of course, is what true Elf Ball should look like. Wellwisher doesnt belong in the Elf Deck main board because it doesnt help you win honestly, life does NOT matter in this game until you reach about 7 life and it doesnt help your cause when your trying to get the fianl points of damage in. Timberwatch elf DOES get those points in.
Hey, this sounds familiar? Oh Yeah! Its what I have been telling everyone about Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness! Good Job, you should take a look at my Sligh deck I have posted up on here for Legacy. Honestly, 16 lands is PERFECT but with the Beacon in the deck and anything over 4 its not so good :P Either way, +1 Good Job, hopefully people start to get the picture because most people dont listen to me here anyway lol!
LOL That story reminds me of Me... and dkight :P interesting.
Watcha think?
Yes, Viridian Longbow does work if the creature has deathtouch. The wording on the Bow says that the creature gains a tap ability and THE CREATURE deals the damage, not the Longbow. Thats the key part because if you remember Deathtouch says whenever the creature deals damage to another creature.
