A fart? Thats silent but deadly! Oh wait, its another deck. I really want to see someone actually break Panoptic Mirror.... really do. Dont see it happening in my lifetime though or Magics.

Your really forgetting Soltanari Champion. He gives all your attacking creatures a buff when it attacks aswell and he is a 2/2 for 3 and only 1 white in the cost. I like it though, play some Vindicates. +1 consider cutting out the Blue though.
This reminds me of old Type 2 when Ravnica came out. Ravnica was such a good set, pry the best in a long time.
By the way, I think that more expedition could be useful but you have a lot of Fetchlands so you really do not need em I suppose.
This looks like what I believe the enviroment of Type 2 will become, for the good of course. Type 2 is not suppose to be a fast enviroment, or combo filled, and this is a good change of pace from both those. The speed of Type 2 was comparable to Legacy! That is WAY out of control, I like this build though a lot. I can tell a lot of thought went in to this, +1. Good Job and keep it up.
Power 9 is not that expensive or hard to get a hold of, just win it or go to a Grand Prix to get it cheap.
Actually, Lotus Cobra I would leave on the board. People need to realize, it is not Lotus Cobra that makes you win: The cards he helps you play make you win. Honestly, when I see Lotus Cobra I just use my Removal to kill off the big winning cards instead of wasting it on garbage that would normally come out right away. Then again, that is why you need to think about what they are playing first. If they are playing a very fast aggressive game, kill it. If they are playing a Slow game with high cost creatures, dont kill it. Let the threats come out and deal with em accordingly. If its Artifacts or Enchantments, this deck has Duress and to be honest I really like the common card from M10 that destroys a Artifact or Enchantment for 3 mana (Its White) and nets you life even though thats not to important. The point is, Lotus Cobra is ONLY as good as what you use it with.
Dont play either Coat of Arms or Chandra, 1 because they are to expensive for a faster deck like this, 2 because Planeswalkers are overrated, and 3 You should win before Coat of Arms comes out-if you havent you will pry lose. You have some good goblins, but you are forgetting the best ones: Goblin Lackey, Goblin Recruiter, Goblin Ringleader. These set up a very good drawing combo. Also, I would cut the lands back to 18 and probably include some Fetchlands to help thin this deck out aswell as play some more burn. Goblin Matron is good when paired up with that Tribal Goblin burn spell. You do not need Dragon Fodder, Raging Goblin (New Players love it, better players know its not that good), Goblin Assault, Shrine, War Paint, Chieftain, Dragon. Where is the Goblin that costs 3 and makes em all cost less by 1? His name escapes me at the moment but there is one that does that. Include Aether Vial to make the deck even faster. There is a goblin that is a 1/1 for 1 that you can Sac a Goblin for 1 Red Mana aswell so you can built up mana for a combo and put alot of goblins into your hand with Recruiter and Ringleader working together. Hope the advice helped out, I play against Legacy Goblins quite abit so I hope this gives you a helping hand.
Take out Wurm's Tooth, lifegain is silly and pointless unless it is paired up with some good effect. Lightning Helix is a good example.
I like this alot, do not add anymore mana sources. In fact, with Lotus, Harrow, and all the Fetchlands you have everything covered pretty well. Honestly, you do not need the Birds of Paradise though, actually, you do not even need Lotus Cobra (Really kinda overrated because it puts your best sources of damage out early to die to their removal leaving you with less powerful cards) but thats not the point, I see the interraction with Harrow and Fetchlands so I suppose it will all work out but I really think you could remove Birds of Paradise if thats the case.
I would throw in the Red fetchands out of Zendikar to help thin the deck out, and probably look to extending outside of just goblins if I were you. Either way, pretty good even without Lackey or Piledriver. Goblins is definetly going to get better in Legacy.
I dont quite understand why this deck has recieved so much Negative Feedback, probably because all the Vampire fanatics trying to make their stuff look the best. I just dont get it.
Yay Fetchlands.
Better. Hard to type. On my Wii. Include some fetches to help with mana
I dunno really what to tell you, I do not play Type 2 outside of Drafts and Sealed but if you want to be annoying then yes, wonderful! What to do with it? Make it more stable. You need to play alot of 3 and 4 ofs. Notice anything about my decks? I barely ever play any 1 ofs or 2 ofs. Also, you need to do something with your lands. I am assuming you just ended up saying I want 20 Islands. Look at what your cards cost and think about how much it really is going to take to play these cards: Look at my Sligh deck if you want a good example of what I am talking about. It plays 18 Lands (4 of which search for lands) and no card in the deck costs over 3.
Looks like you play Legacy, in that case you should definetly check my decks posted on here if you want to see some more competitive stuff. Nice to see someone who plays my format for a change.
Mana Burn does not exist anymore, it has been completely removed from the game as well as damage involving the Stack.
LOL F!@&(*& Hilarious!
Sorry, not Blue for the comment above, I meant White. My bad.
You need to make it with alot more consistency, as in more 3 and 4 ofs, You did keep it at 60 which is good though, I suggest splashing another color like white though. Blue is the best color in Magic (Serious) but it needs a support color or it does not do as well. I suggest either Blue or Black to start with.
